These are great to whip up and keep in the fridge for a simple, and highly satisfying treat. 

I was excited to try this recipe from the KetoDiet App, and have to say, it’s totally fool-proof. I’ve made it many times, it’s super quick, easy-to-make, highly customisable, low-carb, and delicious.

I love to top it with Montezuma Absolute Black 100% Chocolate, raspberries, blackberries, or even just dusted with cinnamon or nutmeg. I think my next variation should be Matcha!
